I called at 8:15 and help was here before noon. I had already had a local plumber give a bid but Master Plumber did the job in a couple of hours saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very professional and the job was professionally done. Very satisfied.
It was a smooth and remarkable experience. I was expecting the worst and they made it tolerable. My water heater was repaired the same day without delay. I'll definitely call them again.
Review of your recent services:
Had a leak, so called your company, VERY impressed. Appointment was scheduled from 12-2pm, but I didn't answer the phone. I called them back and they still showed up at 4. They weren't able to fix the leak but they did clear the stoppage in my kitchen sink. They don't work on dishwashers. Was only charged $150 for the work that was performed. My husband seemed extremely pleased with their service and explanation of the problem when they found the leak.

Texas Master Plumber LLC, They're awesome. I found them on the internet. I called in at 9am and Melissa was so pleasant & accommodated me by getting a plumber before noon per my request. My plumber arrived promptly with a big smile and was VERY professional for beginning to end. I love my plumber Cody, and I definitely trust him. They're the only people I will call for my plumber needs. They were accommodating with the schedule. Cody was very professional and educated me and fixed my garbage disposal and he was super friendly. The repair was so minor I wasn't charged a dime.so I would say Texas Master Plumber gets an A+ all the way. I'd recommend them to a bunch of people.

We had a problem and Texas Master Plumber was selected by our home warranty company. I could not have been more pleased with the service. The situation was unique and required a number of visits. We've been working with the home warranty companies since the day we opened. We understand how to communicate with them and what is expected when they send us a claim. Thank you and ask for us if you have another claim.
The customer service is awesome!!! Called after hours, received phone call this morning! They can to house, husband was busy, they checked out our water heater and texted my husband with issues. Came back out when husband was able to talk to them and were honest and very helpful. Didn't need new water heater like we expected! Plus wasn't charged a trip or quote fee. You bet we will use this company for our plumbing needs!!!

The service offered by Texas Master Plumber is excellent. My hot water heater was messed up for a few days and the manufacturer referred me to Texas Master Plumber. Someone was able to come to my home the same day as the referral. The technician was professional and got everything back up and running just as he said he would. Also the service didn't take very long, so that was a plus.
I have had the privilege of knowing Ronnie Goyne and his team at Texas Master Plumber for years now and I get to see things about this company from behind the scenes that most people will never know. As their webmaster I see all of the email forms sent by YOU the customers and I see how prompt the responses are and how Texas Master Plumber engages with their clients. They are truly the most professional company that I have had the pleasure of working with.
